1. Do you offer same day delivery? What are the timings?
A: Yes — same day delivery is available across Lahore. Place your order before 4:00 PM on safe side and we will deliver the same day. There might be some products that may require more time to prep. We also offer midnight delivery for surprise birthday gifts.
For deliveries to Karachi, Islamabad/Rawalpindi and other cities we work through trusted local vendors — delivery timings may vary so please WhatsApp us in advance to confirm availability for those cities.
2. What is the minimum budget for a gift?
A: Our Regular packages start from as low as PKR 1,000 and customised gifts start from PKR 3,000. We believe a thoughtful gift does not have to be expensive — it just has to be personal. Whether your budget is 2,500 or 50,000, our team will create something meaningful within your range. Just tell us your budget upfront on WhatsApp and we will work around it — no pressure, no upselling.
3. Can I see the gift before it is delivered?
A: Absolutely. We send you a photo of the finished gift before it leaves our hands — so you know what's going on. However we can't send pictures on occasional days because of the volume. We want you to be 100% happy before the gift reaches its destination. This is our standard process for every single order, not just on request.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept multiple payment methods including credit card, visa/mastercards, bank transfers on website, For Whatsapp ordering, we offer bank transfer, easy paisa, jazz cash, paypal, wise and international payments as well.
All Payments are upfront. We will share our payment details on WhatsApp if you placed order other than website once you confirm your order. Cash on delivery is not available at this time.
