Refund & Cancellation Policy

Perishable Goods

  • Freshness Guarantee: We deliver fresh flowers, cakes, and edibles. If the receiver is unavailable after we attempt to contact both the sender and the receiver, the order will be considered "Fulfilled," and no refund will be provided.

  • Freshness Post-Delivery: If a receiver chooses to pick up their order at a later time or date, YTWW is no longer responsible for the freshness or condition of the product.

Refund Eligibility

  • Faulty Products: Items cannot be returned once delivered. However, if a product is genuinely faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement or a partial refund.

  • Time-Specific Delays: If a "Time-Specific" delivery is late due to weather or traffic, only the extra delivery charges will be refunded, not the full product cost.

  • Cancellation Window: Orders cannot be refunded if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time.

  • Complaints: Any complaints regarding damaged or rotten goods must be lodged within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. General complaints must be made within 3 days.

  • The "No-Show" Handling Fee: > "If a delivery fails because the receiver is unavailable and the sender cannot be reached, the order will be returned to our Main office. A 'Re-delivery Fee' will apply if the customer requests a second attempt."

  • Currency & Transaction Fees: > "For international orders (paid via credit card/foreign accounts), refunds will be processed in the original PKR amount. YTWW is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or bank-issued transaction fees."

  • Order Modifications: > "Items cannot be added or removed from an order once it has been moved to the 'Preparation' stage"

  • Change of Mind: > A customer cannot return the purchase once it is delivered. But if the product received is genuinely faulty, our team will replace the item or customer will be refunded a certain amount of the purchase. The Refund processing time is within 7 working days at maximum but usually, it takes approximately 2-3 working days. The time period depends upon the level of investigation involved for each case.
