Delivery Guidelines

• Public Places: For deliveries to hospitals, universities, or high-security areas, an alternate contact number is mandatory. If the receiver is unavailable or the number is unresponsive, the case will be considered "Closed," and no refund will be issued.

• Holiday Deliveries: We do not offer time-specific delivery slots during high-volume events such as Eid, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father's Day or New Year.

• Unforeseen Delays: As our deliveries are conducted via bike & cars, delays caused by extreme weather, protests, or heavy traffic are possible. If a delay is caused by a YTWW internal error, the extra delivery charges will be refunded.

• Wait Times: To maintain product freshness, our riders cannot wait indefinitely at high-security or restricted locations. YTWW is not responsible for the degradation of perishables (flowers/cakes) due to such delays.
