1. Terms of Service (General)

Order Processing & Accuracy

  • Payment-Led Fulfillment: Order processing begins only once payment is received and confirmed. Please share a screenshot of your payment with our team to initiate fulfillment in case if you didn't use automatic credit card payment directly.

  • Information Accuracy: Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses/contact details will not be processed. You Think We Wrap (YTWW) is not liable for non-delivery or additional costs resulting from inaccurate information provided by the sender.

  • Service Boundaries: If the destination city selected at checkout differs from the actual delivery address provided, YTWW reserves the right to cancel the order or withhold delivery without liability.

  • Anonymous Gifting: We support anonymous gifting; however, we require the full names of both the sender and receiver for our internal records. We will strictly honor requests to keep the sender's identity hidden from the recipient. However in case the delivery is done in a high security area or sensitive areas, our team might have to disclose the sender details.

  • Address Change Policy: > "Changes to the delivery address must be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery. Any changes made after the rider has departed may incur an additional 'Re-routing Fee' based on the new distance."

  • Color Theme Consistency: > "If a specific box, decor or ribbon color is unavailable, we will use the closest professional match to ensure the brand aesthetic is maintained."

  • Weight & Volume Disclaimer: > "Weights for cakes and mithai are approximate as provided by our premium vendors. Slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of these items."

  • Specific Flower Life-span: > "Please note that certain flowers (like Lilies or Tulips) may arrive in 'bud' form to ensure they last longer in the recipient's home. They will bloom to full beauty within 24–48 hours."

  • Allergen Warning: > "All our edible gift baskets and cakes may contain or come into contact with nuts, gluten, or dairy. It is the sender's responsibility to check for recipient allergies before ordering."

  • Jewelry/Add-on Quality:

    "Jewelry items (Jhumkas/Bangles) included in carriers are 'Fashion Jewelry' and should be kept away from water and perfume to maintain their shine. YTWW does not offer a warranty on jewelry wear-and-tear."

2. Product Disclaimer

Aesthetic & Substitutions

  • Visual Representation: While 90% of our photos are original, certain items (like cakes) use vendor photography. We guarantee the product will match the quality shown however if the commercial vendor changed the design, we still use the same vendor products and flavours to ensure the same quality as promised.

  • Artisanal Variance: Gift baskets, boxes, and flower arrangements are handcrafted. Variations in color, stock availability, and seasonal floral blooms may occur. YTWW reserves the right to substitute components with items of equal or higher value.

  • Personal Taste: Complaints regarding the "taste" of eatables based on personal preference are not eligible for refunds unless the product is objectively rotten or spoiled.

Cake Policy

  • Message Policy: For aesthetic integrity, YTWW does not write messages directly on cakes normally on occasions, however we always try to write cake writings if available at vendors end. Rest all messages will be beautifully handwritten on a customized tag or a greeting card (if purchased).
